Lochee and District Junior League

Formed in May 1897 by Birkhill Athletic, Baldovan, Woodburn Athletic, Lochee Hibernian, St Leonard's and Benburb. Invergowrie Athletic and Lochee Thistle won the final positions ahead of Lochee Victoria and St Margaret's. The first championship went to a play-off after Woodburn and St Leonard's finished level on points. St Leonard's won the next two championships before the league was disbanded.
